Investment Analyst – Private Equity Expert (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an Investment Analyst with private‑equity expertise to support AI research lab investments. This remote, contract position offers up to $130 per hour and involves evaluating financial models, market sizing, and deal opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate financial models and provide insights to strengthen AI model outputs.
• Review market sizing and total addressable market (TAM) analyses for alignment with investment strategies.
• Develop comprehensive investment summaries and memos to guide decision‑making.
• Collaborate on Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM) creation and due‑diligence processes.
• Process NDA and other legal documents efficiently to support deal flow.
• Source potential deals and deliver strategic recommendations for investment opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of private‑equity experience at top firms.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling and market sizing/TAM analysis.
• Experience creating investment summaries, memos, and CIMs.
• Hands‑on experience with due‑diligence and legal document processing.
• Demonstrated ability to source deals and provide strategic investment recommendations.
