Investor Relations & Compliance Associate (Hybrid)

About the role

Altana Wealth is seeking a versatile Investor Relations & Compliance Associate to work at the intersection of client engagement and regulatory oversight. Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations and the Compliance Officer/AMLRO, you will support external communications, investor servicing, and compliance obligations across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Investor Relations: act as primary contact for investor queries, prepare and distribute reporting, presentations and marketing materials, assist with DDQs and RFPs, maintain CRM systems and investor records, coordinate newsletters and fund documentation, collaborate with investment and operations teams, develop understanding of fund structures and the investor lifecycle, and build relationships with investors, administrators and internal stakeholders.
• Compliance & AML: support day‑to‑day compliance and AML/CTF activities, maintain policies, registers and risk analyses, assist with KYC/AML onboarding and periodic reviews, contribute to regulatory reporting and filings, and update compliance documentation and training logs.

Required profile

• 2–4 years experience in regulated financial services such as banking or asset management.
• Strong understanding of investor lifecycle, fund structures and regulatory frameworks across jurisdictions.
• Familiarity with compliance, AML/CTF processes and documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems for investor data management.
• Knowledge of KYC/AML procedures and related documentation.
• Ability to prepare investor reports, presentations and marketing materials.
