About the role
Join Holt Renfrew’s fashion‑driven environment as a Sales Associate, where you will build lasting relationships with luxury customers and drive sales through personalized service and deep product knowledge.
Key responsibilities
- Consistently deliver extraordinary service to all customers.
- Exceed sales and service goals and targets.
- Build a loyal personal client base by acquiring new customers, developing existing clients, and retaining loyal clients.
- Attend educational sessions on product knowledge, vendor information, and Holt Renfrew seminars.
- Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and related sales support tasks.
- Communicate regularly with personal clients via phone, mail, and electronic methods regarding in‑store events, merchandise requests, sales follow‑up, birthdays, etc.
- Resolve customer service issues and partner with selling management on escalated matters.
- Comply with all Health & Safety, privacy, and cyber‑security policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Minimum 4+ years experience in a commission‑based luxury sales environment.
- Consistent sales performance with a proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Highly collaborative and team‑oriented.
- Active presence on social media platforms to promote a personal fashion influencer brand.
- Skilled at using multiple technology channels to strengthen relationships and acquire new clients.
- Strong understanding of current and emerging fashion trends.
- Broad product knowledge across all merchandise categories.
- Proactive in staying informed on new merchandise deliveries to maximize selling potential.
