Marketing & Communication Officer – Careers & Corporate Relations

About the role

The Marketing & Communication Officer will support the Careers and Corporate Relations Department of the International University of Monaco. The role focuses on raising the visibility of career services, employability programmes and corporate partnerships to prospective students, current students and external business communities.

Key responsibilities

• Propose and implement a CRM system to improve database management, audience segmentation and targeted communication campaigns (email, SMS, in‑app).
• Develop and monitor digital marketing strategies, update career and corporate relations content on the university website and other digital platforms.
• Create and manage content for newsletters, social media, brochures, presentations and event communications.
• Promote and support career‑related events such as company presentations, fairs, recruitment sessions, workshops and networking activities.
• Track communication performance indicators (engagement, attendance, visibility) and produce regular reports.
• Highlight student and alumni success stories, internships and job placements to showcase employability outcomes.
• Support the visibility of corporate partnerships, sponsored projects and collaborations through tailored communication materials.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in marketing, communication or related fields within an educational or corporate environment.
• Strong ability to design and execute multi‑channel communication campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
