Marketing Specialist (Google Ads)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Specialist focused on Google Ads to lead, manage, and optimise our digital advertising efforts. The ideal candidate is data‑driven, creative, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, optimise, and scale Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to shape campaign strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement adjustments to maximise ROI.
• Create, test, and refine ad copy to boost engagement and conversions.
• Track results, generate detailed performance reports, and present insights to management.
• Collaborate with content, design, and broader marketing teams to enhance ad effectiveness.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
