About the role
We are seeking a rigorous and detail‑oriented Junior Middle Office professional to join our team in Monaco. The role provides strong exposure to financial operations in an international environment, supporting the onboarding of counterparties and ensuring smooth coordination between front‑ and back‑office teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process of counterparties.
- Verify document compliance and ensure regulatory standards are met.
- Oversee data integration into internal systems.
- Coordinate daily operations with front‑office and back‑office teams.
- Archive and track operational documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics or Engineering.
- Strong autonomy and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Fluent in English and Italian (working proficiency); French is a plus.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
What we offer
- Permanent contract (CDI).
- Gross annual salary of €35,000.
