Office & Sales Support

About the role

Northrop & Johnson is seeking an organized, detail‑oriented Office & Sales Support professional to join its Monaco office. You will manage daily office operations while assisting sales brokers throughout the yacht sales process, from promotion to final sale.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, handle phone calls, mail, and office supplies.
• Organise meetings, staff events and ensure the office remains clean and functional.
• Maintain yacht specifications, imagery and upload compliance documents.
• Administer the CRM database and send industry updates as directed by brokers.
• Support local yacht shows in Nice, Cannes and Monaco.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a service‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and multitask effectively.
• Administrative experience, preferably with suppliers; marine or yachting experience is a plus.
• Residence in the French Riviera, Monaco or northern Italy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• PowerPoint presentation creation.
• Experience with CRM database administration.
