About the role

Join PARLYM as an Offshore Installation Engineer (M/W) to design and engineer reliable, safe, and cost‑effective technical solutions for offshore oil & gas projects.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and engineering of reliable, safe, and cost‑effective technical solutions.
• Select appropriate installation methods and procedures, execute engineering activities, and optimise designs in line with project specifications, international codes, and company standards.
• Plan and deliver engineering activities and project deliverables within the agreed schedule while managing system interfaces.
• Ensure scope of work is delivered according to contractual requirements and internal quality standards.
• Incorporate lessons learned and assess the impact of any changes across the scope and at system interfaces.
• Coordinate technical exchanges with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance with contractual and internal procedures.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the offshore Oil & Gas industry.
• Proficiency with engineering design and analysis tools.
