Onboard Media Specialist

About the role

The Onboard Media Specialist will lead the creation, publishing, and quality control of all guest‑facing media across the Ritz‑Carlton Yacht Collection fleet. Working directly on board, you will ensure that printed and digital communications reflect the brand’s luxury standards and enhance the guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with corporate Creative Services and Marketing to produce guest‑facing content, both printed and digital.
• Design, write, and edit daily programs, menus, signage, promotional collateral, and digital displays.
• Proofread and format multilingual publications, overseeing printing and final production.
• Manage publishing workflows using approved content management systems and onboard publishing tools.
• Generate visual assets, including video and photography, to support corporate storytelling and brand initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong eye for detail and a passion for luxury hospitality standards.
• Excellent written communication skills in English; ability to work with multiple languages.
• Proactive collaborator comfortable working with shipboard and corporate teams.

Required skills

• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Proficiency in publishing tools and workflow management.
• Videography and basic video editing capabilities.
