Part‑time Psychotherapist / Psychologist (Minor Care) – Hybrid (Monaco)

About the role

Spring Health is looking for qualified, part‑time psychotherapists or psychologists to join its provider network in Monaco. The role blends remote and on‑site sessions, allowing you to deliver evidence‑based mental‑health care to adults and, when qualified, to minors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide short‑term, goal‑focused counseling and longer‑term therapy as medically necessary.
• Conduct sessions with clients who have completed online symptom screenings.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date calendar and complete session documentation promptly in the scheduling system.
• Collaborate with Spring Health’s clinical navigation, provider support, and administrative teams.
• Deliver culturally competent care that respects diversity of race, ethnicity, and gender.

Required profile

• Active license to practice counseling (psychologist, psychotherapist, clinical psychologist, social worker, etc.) in Monaco.
• Minimum three years of independent clinical experience.
• Professional liability insurance at market rates in your licensure jurisdiction.
• Fluent conversational English for onboarding and clinical interviews.
• Experience treating minors (age 10 and below) and willingness to treat additional populations.
• Reliable computer or laptop and competence with tele‑health technology.
• Availability for some in‑person sessions each month in Monaco.
