About the role

The two‑year Private Bank and Wealth Management Graduate Programme offers recent graduates the chance to develop expertise across product, strategy and relationship management within Barclays Private Bank. Based in Monaco, you will work alongside senior bankers and advisors, supporting high‑net‑worth clients and contributing to the development of new services.

Key responsibilities

• Execute small research projects and prepare presentations to support strategic decision‑making.
• Collaborate with senior management to implement research findings and develop new products.
• Assist in managing client relationships, providing service support and processing transactions under decreasing supervision.
• Develop business cases, manage deployment and launch of new wealth‑management offerings.
• Participate in cross‑functional initiatives and training programmes to enhance technical and industry knowledge.

Required profile

• Motivated and curious graduate (or soon‑to‑graduate) with a degree in any discipline.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Interest in finance and business, proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated resourcefulness, teamwork, enthusiasm and entrepreneurial spirit through extracurricular activities.
