Private Jets Sales Consultant – €42k + 10% commission (Russian Speaking)

About the role

As a Private Jets Sales Consultant you will act as the liaison between affluent clients and aircraft operators, managing every step of the charter process. You will travel as part of your work and provide a service that exceeds the expectations of high‑net‑worth individuals and their representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Organise private jet flights for business meetings, leisure trips and special events.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients.
• Coordinate all aspects of charter operations, from aircraft selection to post‑flight follow‑up.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the journey.
• Work closely with a mentor during the first six months to master the private‑jet sales process.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a client‑facing role within luxury products or services.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and travel as needed.
• Fluent in Russian, English and French; additional languages are a plus.
• Valid driver’s licence and passport.
• Ambitious, motivated and eager to progress to senior responsibilities.
