Product Design Engineer

About the role

Build safer products in Monaco with real commercial impact, integrating patented protection technologies into customer product ranges. You will support global clients and turn proven engineering into revenue for a growing safety‑technology business.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate validated technology into customer products from scope definition through to sign‑off.
• Collaborate with client design and engineering teams on fit, function and manufacturability.
• Brief and review work from a China‑based CAD engineering team.
• Build CAD libraries and reusable integration modules across product ranges.
• Support testing, compliance and provide technical input in customer and commercial meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Design Engineer, Mechanical Design Engineer or Product Development Engineer.
• Strong CAD expertise with a track record of delivering products into production.
• Experience integrating technologies into existing customer product lines.
• Comfortable leading technical discussions with clients and external engineering teams.
• Knowledge of plastics, injection moulding, foam components and volume manufacturing.
