Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist our global customers through voice calls and live chat. The role combines empathy, clear communication, and problem‑solving to turn customer issues into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot orders, product questions and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand professionally and with cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce tools.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
