Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a remote French‑English bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist our global customers. You will handle voice calls and live‑chat interactions, turning inquiries and issues into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Document all interactions accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Ability to work independently from a quiet, dedicated workspace.
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a computer meeting the hardware requirements.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar help‑desk tools.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems.
