Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a remote French‑English bilingual customer support representative to assist our global shoppers. You will handle inbound calls and live‑chat inquiries, turning issues into positive experiences while working from your home office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, timely assistance in French and English via phone and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve order, product and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document every interaction accurately in our support platform.
• Identify recurring problems and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent oral and written French and English.
• Calm under pressure and focused on delivering solutions.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce platforms.
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools.
