Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a remote French‑English bilingual customer support representative to assist customers from French‑speaking regions. The role involves handling voice calls and live‑chat inquiries, turning issues into positive experiences while representing our brand with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document all interactions accurately in the ticketing system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and verbal.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar ticketing/e‑commerce tools.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
