About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist customers from French‑speaking regions. The role involves handling voice calls and live‑chat interactions, turning inquiries and issues into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document all interactions accurately in the support system.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand professionally and with cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent verbal and written French and English.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
