Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French-English Customer Support Representative to join our fully remote team. In this position you will interact with customers through chat, email and phone, turning inquiries into positive experiences while representing our e-commerce brand.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions in French and English via chat, email and calls.
• Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve technical, order-related or account issues.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our support platform.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products, services and processes.
• Collaborate with a friendly, distributed team to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and solution-focused under pressure.
• Experience with bilingual support is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
• Experience using Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
