Remote Software Engineer – AI Code Evaluation Contractor

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Software Engineer to join Turing’s AI research accelerator team. In this contractor role you will evaluate and improve AI‑generated code, curate high‑quality code datasets, and help train large language models that power enterprise AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Curate and create code examples in Python, JavaScript (including ReactJS), C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go for training and benchmarking large language models.
• Evaluate AI‑generated code for efficiency, scalability, and reliability, and provide precise corrections.
• Collaborate with researchers and cross‑functional teams to enhance AI‑driven coding solutions and meet industry performance benchmarks.
• Build verification agents that automatically assess code quality and detect error patterns.
• Design verification mechanisms to automatically validate software‑engineering task solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong background in building full‑stack, production‑grade applications.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design, debugging, and code‑review processes.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for clear evaluation rationales.
