Rota Nanny – International UHNW Family (Monaco/Spain)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Rota Nanny to provide dedicated, full‑time care for an 8‑year‑old daughter of an ultra‑high‑net‑worth family based in Monaco and Spain. The role involves a 2‑weeks‑on/2‑weeks‑off schedule, extensive international travel and close collaboration with a fully staffed household.

Key responsibilities

• Provide sole‑charge care for the child, overseeing daily routines, wellbeing and safety.
• Support educational development, assist with schoolwork and promote English language proficiency.
• Plan and execute age‑appropriate activities both at home and while travelling.
• Manage packing, scheduling and logistics for frequent international trips.
• Coordinate with parents, household staff, tutors and other support professionals.

Required profile

• Significant experience as a career nanny in UHNW private households.
• Previous rota and international travel experience.
• Fluent English; additional fluency in German or Spanish is advantageous.
• EU passport required for travel.
• Professional, discreet, adaptable and confident across multiple residences and time zones.
