About the role

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer with deep expertise in React to design and build sophisticated web applications. The role is fully remote and involves leading frontend initiatives, mentoring junior team members, and delivering high‑performance user interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable frontend architectures using React and modern web technologies.
• Lead technical design and architectural decisions for frontend solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices.
• Develop complex, high‑performance React applications with optimized rendering and state management.
• Implement advanced state management using Redux, Context API, or modern alternatives.
• Conduct comprehensive code reviews to ensure high quality.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience with React and frontend development.
• Strong expertise in the React ecosystem and advanced frontend architecture.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, modern JavaScript, and frontend build tools.
• Experience with state management, performance optimization, and complex UI development.
• Advanced knowledge of web performance and optimization techniques.
• Advanced level of English.
