Senior Private Banker – Ultra‑High‑Net‑Worth Clients

About the role

The position is a client‑facing senior private banking role based in Monaco, dedicated to serving ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals and families. You will leverage a global investment platform to deliver bespoke wealth management solutions and grow the bank’s presence among international offshore clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients, acting as their trusted advisor on all financial matters.
• Originate new client relationships and bring in additional assets under management.
• Provide access to an open‑architecture investment platform, ensuring product selection aligns with client needs rather than internal bias.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews, adjusting strategies to market conditions and client objectives.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and increase wallet share across the bank’s product suite.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a senior private banker or relationship manager with full revenue ownership of UHNW portfolios.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate in a client‑driven, revenue‑focused environment.
• Established, portable client book and strong network of UHNW contacts.
• Deep understanding of complex, multi‑jurisdictional wealth structures, tax and regulatory considerations.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
