Senior Sales Manager – Private Banking Platforms (France & Monaco)

About the role

This senior individual contributor position is responsible for driving new business acquisition and expanding strategic relationships for a Swiss‑headquartered banking technology provider. The role focuses on private banking and wealth management platforms across France and Monaco, engaging senior stakeholders to sell end‑to‑end front‑to‑back solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new logos within private banks, wealth managers and financial institutions.
• Build and nurture C‑level relationships (CIO, COO, Heads of Private Banking, Digital Leaders).
• Lead full enterprise sales cycles from origination to negotiation and closure.
• Position core banking, portfolio management and digital banking platforms.
• Deliver client presentations, product demonstrations and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate internal pre‑sales, product and executive teams.
• Manage complex, multi‑stakeholder deals typically exceeding €1M total contract value.

Required profile

• 8–15+ years of enterprise sales experience in banking technology, fintech or consulting.
• Strong background in private banking or wealth‑management solutions.
• Proven track record of new‑business hunting and closing high‑value software/platform deals.
• Established network within the French and Monégasque financial services market.
• Ability to operate credibly at C‑level and take commercial ownership of revenue targets.
