Supply Chain & Procurement Intern

About the role

The Supply Chain & Procurement Intern will join the Procurement and Supply Chain team of the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, supporting the sourcing, purchasing and logistical coordination of food & beverage, hotel and operational supplies for the luxury yacht fleet.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Procurement team with daily purchasing and sourcing activities.
• Prepare and manage RFQs, tenders and supplier bids, including price comparisons and commercial analysis.
• Create and maintain purchase orders, requisitions and procurement records.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations, product specifications, availability, lead times and delivery information.
• Support supplier onboarding, registration and price‑negotiation processes under guidance.
• Monitor purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Help identify alternative products and cost‑saving opportunities.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a degree program related to supply chain, logistics, procurement or business administration.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, international environment.
