About the role

The Elevator Maintenance Technician will ensure the safety, performance and reliability of lift equipment at customer sites in Monaco. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing proactive communication and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain excellent customer relationships through timely on‑site communication, accurate reporting and adherence to service standards.
• Execute planned maintenance, emergency call‑outs and unplanned repairs while respecting schedules, safety procedures and quality guidelines.
• Manage site safety, identify risks, and follow escalation procedures for high‑risk situations.
• Handle inventory of spare parts, request supplies, and keep service tools and vehicle in good condition.
• Provide precise back‑reporting of work performed and submit timesheets and sales leads to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and safety, with an ambassador‑like attitude.
• Ability to plan workload efficiently, work independently on site and communicate effectively with supervisors and end‑users.
• Willingness to attend training on lift technology and to coach colleagues when required.
