Treasury Credit Management Analyst

About the role

The Treasury Credit Management Analyst plays a key role in strengthening the Group’s treasury risk management and cash performance. The role monitors customer credit exposure, counter‑party risks, payment behaviour and financing needs across entities, working closely with treasury, finance, business units, SSC/AR teams and banking partners.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage customer credit exposure, credit limits and concentration levels across entities.
• Assess credit risk, payment behaviour, overdue trends and financing exposures to support decision‑making.
• Identify, consolidate and track exposure positions by counter‑party, entity, maturity and transaction type, flagging limit breaches.
• Support working‑capital optimisation by analysing DSO, payment terms and cash‑collection indicators.
• Coordinate credit‑related treasury activities with business, finance, SSC/AR, local teams and banks.
• Assist customer‑financing activities, including guarantees, ECA, LC discounting and exposure monitoring.
• Prepare credit‑exposure reports, financing dashboards and working‑capital KPIs for management review.
• Escalate material credit risks and payment‑behaviour issues to the Treasury Head.
• Maintain documentation and evidence required for monitoring, reporting and audit purposes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Treasury, Credit Management or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in credit management, treasury, accounts receivable, customer financing or financial risk monitoring.
• Strong understanding of credit risk, credit limits, DSO, cash‑collection indicators and working‑capital dynamics.
• Knowledge of treasury instruments such as guarantees, ECA, LC discounting and counter‑party exposure monitoring.
• Excellent analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret payment behaviour and assess risk.
