Treasury Manager

About the role

Abercrombie & Kent is looking for a Treasury Manager to join its Group Treasury team in Monaco. The role will oversee daily FX hedging activities, work with banking partners, monitor currency exposures and support the accounting team with cash‑flow hedge accounting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and consolidate foreign‑exchange exposures from forecasted and committed transactions.
• Execute FX hedge transactions with banks, manage confirmations, settlements and related documentation.
• Maintain hedge schedules, exposure reports and Treasury records, and optimise the hedging programme.
• Serve as the primary Treasury contact for banks on FX dealing and operational matters, handling counter‑party documentation and relationship reviews.
• Collaborate with business and finance teams to identify, validate and update currency exposures, ensuring hedging aligns with forecasts.
• Provide guidance on FX risk and Treasury policy requirements.
• Support Accounting with cash‑flow hedge documentation, effectiveness testing, valuations and month‑end reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Treasury policies, internal controls and prepare regular reports on exposures, hedge positions and risk metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Treasury experience with strong knowledge of FX products and cash‑flow hedge accounting principles.
• Familiarity with market conventions, operational processes and, preferably, commodity hedging.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and communication abilities.
