Yacht Accountant – Monaco

About the role

Fraser Yachts is seeking a Yacht Accountant (also referred to as Yacht Administrator) to join its Monaco team. The role provides financial and accounting services to yacht owners and captains, ensuring each vessel operates within the Fraser Yacht Management System and aligns with owners' interests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage budgets for assigned yachts.
• Produce monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Process invoices, payroll, insurance coverages and bank transactions.
• Liaise proactively with captains, crew, owners, and internal departments, as well as external banks and insurers.
• Conduct operational and variance analysis, auditing, and ensure compliance with legal requirements such as flags, VAT, registration and visas.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the yachting industry with an accounting background.
• Strong knowledge of yacht operations, budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (Italian, French, Russian) are a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast‑paced luxury environment.

Required skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with specialized accounting software such as Quicken, Xero or Voly.
