Academic Event Management Intern

About the role

The International University of Monaco is seeking a motivated Academic Event Management Intern to support the planning and execution of its upcoming conference. This full‑time, six‑month internship offers hands‑on experience in a multicultural academic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the overall organization of the conference, including agenda and room coordination.
• Communicate with speakers, participants, and partners, and respond to attendee inquiries.
• Assist with participant registration, follow‑ups, and preparation of program materials.
• Manage and post content on social media platforms.
• Provide on‑site coordination and participant support during the event.

Required profile

• Organized and reliable.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Comfortable interacting with people.
• Knowledge of Excel.
• Interest in events or academic environments.
