Accountant & Operations Manager (Monaco)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Accountant & Operations Manager to join our Monaco office. The role combines daily bookkeeping with administrative and operational support for both our Monaco and US offices, offering exposure to finance, HR, legal and procurement functions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day bookkeeping for Monaco and US locations.
• Process and track local and international expenses and reimbursements.
• Coordinate monthly payroll with external providers.
• Reconcile bank statements and prepare internal monthly reports.
• Manage invoices, receipts, payments and other accounting documentation.
• Assist with budget tracking, monthly and annual reporting.
• Update compliance files and support KYC procedures.
• Support HR administration, onboarding and performance tracking documentation.
• Handle vendor management, procurement and payments.
• Develop and execute standard operating procedures and assist in contract drafting.

Required profile

• Degree or BTS in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in accounting or financial/administrative support.
• Fluent in English and French.
• High attention to detail, reliability and strong sense of confidentiality.
• Authorized to work in Monaco (Monaco or EU/EEA work rights).
