Client Advisor – Luxury Retail (Monaco, Fixed‑term)

About the role

The Prada Group is seeking a Client Advisor to act as the brand ambassador in its Monaco boutique for a three‑month fixed‑term assignment (June to August). The role focuses on delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience, guiding clients through the Prada world, and driving both individual and team sales.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and follow the "client journey ceremony" to meet client needs.
• Capture and manage customer data in the company CRM to personalize future interactions.
• Promote an omni‑channel mindset and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
• Engage in cross‑selling, achieve personal sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of fashion trends, competitors, and product details.
• Handle customer complaints in partnership with the line manager.
• Ensure visual standards, shop‑floor presentation, and security procedures are upheld.

Required profile

• Passion for luxury fashion, art, and design.
• Experience building long‑lasting client relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ambitious, resilient, self‑motivated and results‑driven.
• Fluent spoken French and English; Italian is a plus.
