Client Advisor – Russian Speaker (Monaco)

About the role

As a Client Advisor for Miu Miu in Monaco, you will act as the brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional luxury experience to Russian‑speaking clientele. You will guide customers through the brand’s philosophy, foster lasting relationships, and drive sales in a high‑end retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere and provide personalized service throughout the client journey.
• Capture and manage customer data in the company CRM to enable tailored follow‑up and future sales opportunities.
• Promote an omnichannel mindset and collaborate with colleagues across departments to maximize cross‑selling.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of fashion trends, competitors, and product details.
• Handle customer complaints professionally, escalating to management when needed.
• Ensure visual standards, shop‑floor presentation, and security protocols are consistently met.

Required profile

• Passion for luxury fashion and a strong interest in art and design.
• Proven ability to build long‑lasting client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ambitious, resilient, self‑motivated and results‑driven.
• Fluent in French, English and Russian; additional languages are a plus.
