Commercial Internship – 6 months starting October 2026

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Commercial Intern to support the Leisure department of Fairmont Monte‑Carlo for a six‑month period starting in October 2026. The role offers hands‑on experience in client interaction, market analysis and event coordination within a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Leisure team with daily client meetings, site visits, prospecting and negotiations.
• Support market research activities, statistical reporting and competitive intelligence.
• Help manage relationships with tour operators, travel agencies and ad‑hoc tours.
• Update corporate and agency databases and prepare email marketing campaigns.
• Contribute to the design of travel packages, promotional offers and VIP guest services.
• Prepare mailings for special events such as the Monte‑Carlo Circus Festival, Valentine’s Day and the Formula 1 Grand Prix.
• Participate in Fam‑trip organization and client‑focused events.
• Identify new corporate partners and travel agencies.
• Handle routine correspondence, appointment setting and client file follow‑up.
• Implement Accor standards, policies and procedures as required.

Required profile

• Current student in a Business School or equivalent program.
• Fluent in spoken and written French and English.
• Organised, rigorous and proactive with strong interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic team player eager to learn in a hospitality setting.
