Compliance Officer (CDI) – Monaco

About the role

We are looking for a Compliance Officer to join a boutique accounting firm of about 60 professionals in Monaco. The role supports a diverse client base across various sectors and offers the chance to take on significant responsibilities in a growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement anti‑money laundering (AML/CFT) measures and monitor suspicious activities.
• Conduct compliance controls and ensure adherence to internal policies.
• Perform client due‑diligence and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor regulatory developments and keep the team informed.
• Provide internal control advice and support.
• Liaise with regulators and manage reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in business law, banking & finance, or a specialized compliance program (Grande École, internal control, risk management, or AMF certification).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar compliance role, preferably within an accounting firm, fiduciary, or financial institution.
• Experience in Monaco is a plus.
• Rigorous, autonomous, with strong analytical and writing abilities.
• Good knowledge of Monegasque regulations and international standards (FATF, OECD).
• Ability to manage multiple dossiers in a demanding environment.
