Direct Sales Manager Europe

About the role

Swan Hellenic is seeking a Direct Sales Manager to nurture and expand relationships with past guests and prospects across Europe. You will work with an existing portfolio, guiding discerning travellers through a high‑touch sales process for expedition cruises. The role combines outbound outreach, inbound request handling, and lifelong client relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls and emails to a portfolio of past guests and prospects to promote Swan Hellenic expeditions.
• Fully qualify each guest to match them with the most suitable itinerary (Arctic, Antarctica, Africa, Asia, Latin America, Europe, Australia/New Zealand).
• Handle inbound requests, calls and emails from your client list.
• Provide five‑star service throughout the sales and post‑booking process.
• Stay informed on fleet details, itineraries, promotions, and new ports of call.
• Collaborate with the Director Europe and the wider European team on marketing campaigns.
• Represent Swan Hellenic at B2C industry events and sales missions across Europe.
• Perform other job‑related activities as needed.

Required profile

• Eligible to work in Europe without sponsorship.
• Fluent English (mandatory) and native‑level proficiency in another European language.
• 2‑3 years of sales experience, preferably within luxury brands, luxury travel or cruise sales.
• Strong value‑based selling approach and proven ability to close high‑touch sales.
• Positive, communicative, and emotionally intelligent with a high‑energy, goal‑driven attitude.
