EdTech Co-Founder / Head of Product (100% remote)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious entrepreneur to become the Co‑Founder and Head of Product of a new EdTech venture. The position is fully remote and you will be directly employed by our programme while you build and scale the startup.

Key responsibilities

• Define, build and launch the product for an EdTech startup.
• Iterate the solution together with mentors until product‑market‑fit is achieved.
• Lead the development of a sales and marketing engine to acquire users.
• Recruit and manage talent using our network of over 50 000 professionals.
• Participate in weekly 1:1 sparring sessions with unicorn founders.
• Follow a personalised personal‑development programme focused on goal, time and energy management.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate.
• Ready to take full responsibility for a startup and aim for €100 M+ revenue.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
