About the role

Join KONE as an Elevator Maintenance Technician in Monaco, responsible for ensuring the safety, performance, and customer satisfaction of elevator equipment on site. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing proactive communication and precise reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform planned maintenance, call‑outs, and unplanned repairs while respecting schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate real‑time back‑reporting of work performed at the equipment level to ensure data integrity in e‑Optimum and customer notifications.
• Identify site risks, communicate them to the supervisor, and take immediate action or follow escalation procedures when high‑risk situations arise.
• Manage on‑site stock, tools, and van inventory, requesting spare parts as needed and keeping equipment in good condition.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction through clear on‑site communication and timely updates.
• Commitment to safety, both for equipment and the working environment, with the ability to recognize and act on risks.
• Ability to plan workload effectively, report time sheets accurately, and raise sales leads when appropriate.
• Willingness to attend training, stay updated on lift technology, and potentially coach colleagues.
