French-Speaking Customer Experience & Support Specialist – Portugal

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Experience & Support Specialist to join our multicultural team in Portugal. You will be the main point of contact for French‑speaking customers, providing high‑quality digital and care solutions through phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries in French via phone, email and live chat.
• Deliver accurate information, resolve issues and ensure a positive experience.
• Document interactions in the company’s CRM system following established procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex cases and improve service processes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the products and services supported.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in French (written and spoken) and good command of English.
• Completed high‑school diploma (minimum requirement).
• Valid EU passport/ID or work/residence permit for non‑EU candidates.
• Clean recent criminal record (Certificate No. 3 issued within the last 3 months).
• Customer‑centric mindset, strong communication skills and ability to adapt to an international environment.

• Proficiency with digital communication tools (phone, email, chat platforms).

What we offer

• 12‑month fixed‑term contract, renewable for an additional year, with permanent eligibility after two years.
• Base salary plus accommodation and meal allowances (total package approx. €1,240 per month).
• Option of fully equipped shared accommodation for up to 14 months.
