Industrial Designer – Helmet Development (Monaco)

About the role

We are looking for an Industrial Designer to lead the development of safety helmets from concept to production. Based in Monaco, you will join a growing new product development (NPD) team and own projects that have clear commercial and technical impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead helmet projects from brief through to tooling‑ready CAD models.
• Translate performance requirements into practical product architecture and design direction.
• Create sketches, presentations and visual concepts for client discussions.
• Develop parametric CAD models with manufacturability, tolerances and assembly in mind.
• Collaborate with testing, materials and CAD teams to refine designs for production.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Industrial Designer, Product Designer or Product Design Engineer.
• Strong portfolio that includes shipped products, not only concepts.
• Ability to balance design intent, manufacturing constraints and client communication.

Required skills

• SolidWorks or Creo (or similar parametric CAD tools).
• Experience with plastics, injection moulding, foam components and assemblies.

• Basic salary €55,000‑€60,000 per year.
