Industrial Tech Co-Founder / CPO (100% remote)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious entrepreneur to become the Industrial Tech Co‑Founder and Chief Product Officer of a new venture. The position is fully remote and you will be employed directly while you build and scale the startup.

Key responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup in the Industrial Tech sector.
• Embark on a personal development journey guided by unicorn founders.
• Receive hiring support through a network of over 50,000 professionals.
• Participate in intensive coaching to prepare the startup for multi‑million‑euro funding rounds.
• Iterate the product until product‑market‑fit is achieved and help build sales and marketing capabilities.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate.
• Ready to take full responsibility for scaling the venture to €100 M+ in revenue.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
