About the role

We are looking for a Network & Services Engineer to join O2MAX’s dynamic team. The role starts with managing a TV platform and its services, then evolves towards fixed‑access (FTTH) and IP core network projects over the next few years.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the proper operation of the TV platform, handling level‑2/3 incidents and driving continuous service improvement.
• Integrate new functionalities, manage version upgrades and coordinate test campaigns.
• Gradually take responsibility for fixed‑access infrastructure (FTTH, collection equipment) and the IP network core.
• Collaborate with internal clients, providing technical support and contributing to knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Networks, Telecoms or Computer Science.
• 2‑3 years of professional experience in network engineering (excluding internships).
• Strong analytical mindset, teamwork orientation and good internal client relations.
• Fluent French and solid technical English.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of IP networking, routing and transport protocols.
• Traffic analysis expertise.
• Proficiency with Linux environments.
• Scripting/automation using Python and Ansible.
