Installation Project Manager (Energy Projects)

About the role

This position leads installation projects within the energy sector, ensuring safe delivery through offshore completion. The role involves full‑cycle project planning, execution, and control while collaborating closely with engineering, procurement and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead installation projects from handover to offshore completion, maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and budgets, and allocate resources to meet objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation actions to keep scope, cost and schedule on track.
• Coordinate installation engineering, procurement and operations to ensure seamless execution.
• Report performance metrics, financial updates and risk assessments to senior management.
• Provide leadership to multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience delivering energy‑industry projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Proven experience managing installation projects through offshore completion.
