Installation Project Manager

About the role

Airswift is seeking an experienced Installation Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of installation projects for SBM and external clients in Monaco. The role is contract‑based for one year and focuses on safe, high‑quality delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, procurement, and operations.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Manage relationships with clients, contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and present status reports, financial tracking, and risk assessments to senior management.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing complex energy‑industry projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
