Integrity Project Engineer

About the role

The Global Integrity Project Engineer supports the Global Project Manager for Integrity and Inspection across roughly 50 small‑scale projects covering naval, mooring, piping, pressure vessels, fabric maintenance, corrosion, explosive atmospheres, and topside structures.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with team members to gather required information and maintain the project organization organigram.
• Prepare progress reports, develop dashboards, and support communication and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with macro‑plan development by analyzing, maintaining, and tracking schedules and budgets, including SBM man‑hours, third‑party expenditures, and subcontract management.
• Organise and attend meetings on behalf of Integrity Discipline Leads when needed.

Required profile

• University degree in an engineering discipline (naval, piping or marine preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in oil & gas or a related industry.
• Proven team player with strong communication skills and ability to work in large, globally distributed teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Microsoft Planning or similar scheduling tools.
• Power BI for reporting and analysis.
• Budgeting control tools such as Business Objects.
• ERP systems experience, e.g., IFS.
