IT Solutions Quality Team Lead

About the role

As the IT Solutions Quality Team Lead you will ensure quality assurance and control for software developments, manage a team of quality engineers, and act as the primary liaison for quality‑related matters with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the software quality strategy, testing policy and quality standards across solutions.
• Assign, prioritize and balance quality activities to meet workload, coverage and roadmap commitments.
• Oversee structured test planning, quality practices and release readiness, embedding quality gates and automated checkpoints.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to confirm deliverables meet required quality outcomes and expectations.
• Develop team capability through coaching, feedback, knowledge sharing and clear performance expectations.
• Monitor quality risks, metrics and improvement opportunities to strengthen reliability, security and maintainability.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in software quality assurance, testing or quality engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to define and implement quality strategies, test policies and standards across multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
