The Junior Risk Management Officer will be responsible for identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and analyses.
• Develop and implement risk management frameworks, strategies and policies.
• Monitor and report on risk exposure, providing recommendations for mitigation.
• Collaborate with relevant teams and leadership to ensure a cohesive approach to risk management.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices related to risk management.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes relevant to the specialization.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience in financial or non‑financial risk management, compliance, legal or audit.
• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
