Junior Sales Italian Speaker

About the role

Leonteq is seeking a motivated Junior Sales professional who is fluent in Italian to join its Cross‑Asset Structured Products team. The role supports institutional client relationships, helps structure bespoke investment solutions, and promotes the company’s AMC offering and Lynqs platform.

Key responsibilities

• Sell structured products and derivative transactions across asset classes to institutional customers.
• Collaborate with Trading, Financial Engineering and other internal teams to design tailor‑made solutions.
• Create factsheets, brochures and term‑sheets for a variety of products, including AMCs, capital‑protected notes, reverse convertibles, autocalls, mini‑futures and CLNs.
• Develop trade ideas using internal pricing tools and Bloomberg.
• Monitor transactions and coordinate with Sales Support, Product Services, and back‑office functions.
• Handle administrative tasks related to trade booking and maintenance of client relationships.

Required profile

• MBA or Master’s degree.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and derivatives; knowledge of structured products is a plus.
• Previous internship experience in financial markets.
• Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken); French is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
• Motivated, curious and able to perform under pressure in a fast‑moving environment.
• Team‑player attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using Bloomberg.
