Junior Yacht Accountant – Monaco

About the role

FRASER Yachts is seeking a Junior Yacht Accountant to join its Monaco team. You will provide financial and accounting support to yacht owners and captains, ensuring budgets, reports and payments are accurate and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor budgets for assigned yachts.
• Produce monthly accounts, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Process invoices, payroll, insurance coverages and bank transactions.
• Liaise with captains, crew, owners, internal departments, banks and insurers.
• Support the smooth operational and logistical management of each yacht.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in the yachting industry with an accounting background.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, bookkeeping, payroll, auditing and variance analysis.
• Understanding of maritime legal aspects such as flags, insurance, VAT, registration and contracts.
• Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
• Residence in the French Riviera, Monaco or northern Italy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with specialized accounting software (e.g., Quicken, Xero, Voly).
