Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with professionalism.

- Review and moderate online content when required.
- Collaborate with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Required profile
- Strong English proficiency plus fluency in one of the listed languages (Dutch, French, German, Italian, Polish, Norwegian, Czech, Portuguese, Croatian, Spanish, Swedish, Finnish, or Danish).
- EU citizenship or a valid work/residency permit for Greece or Portugal.
